Focus

Recycling, logistics, behavior design

01 — Context and challenge

Make recycling feel easy, not complicated.

The eco-service market is growing, but many products still feel overloaded and difficult for first-time users. Relav needed a product where recyclables pickup from home feels immediate and understandable from the first screen.

The task was to combine delivery convenience, transparent logistics, and emotional engagement in one coherent mobile experience.

02 — User behavior research

Build around real routines.

  • Understand everyday friction

Users should not guess what to do next. Every action in the app must feel explicit and low-effort.

  • Reduce decision load

Order flow, time slot selection, and address confirmation were designed to remove uncertainty and speed up completion.

  • Create trust through clarity

Status visibility, confirmations, and supportive microcopy help users feel in control of the process.

03 — Product ecosystem

One service, multiple touchpoints.

Relav is designed as a digital ecosystem of sustainable consumption, not just a single pickup form. The concept connects the consumer app, courier workflow, admin tools, and loyalty mechanics.

01
Simple onboarding logic for immediate first action
02
Trust-driven visual language with friendly cues
03
Geolocation and navigation that make pickup transparent
04
Built-in communication and care throughout the journey
04 — Visual language

Recognizable identity with practical UX.

The interface uses a vibrant purple-green palette, expressive illustrations, and a clean hierarchy to make interactions feel modern yet familiar. Navigation remains linear and predictable, so users can always return to a known point in one tap.

The same design system scales across mobile screens, admin panel layouts, and marketplace interactions while preserving consistency.

05 — Value and outcomes

A product that turns eco actions into everyday behavior.

  • Mission-first positioning

Recycling becomes accessible for daily use, not an occasional effort.

  • Gamification and motivation

Achievements, progress tracking, and community mechanics support long-term retention.

  • Operational control

Admin-side tooling supports logistics automation and transparent order management.
