Unify fragmented marketplace metrics into one decision-making interface.

The client needed a single workspace where managers could track sales, stock, orders, ad performance, and profit across many SKUs and channels. Existing spreadsheets and disconnected tools slowed decisions.

The platform had to support large data tables and fast filtering while staying readable for non-technical business users.

We designed SellerBoard around practical business workflows: overview first, drill-down second. KPI tiles, charts, and tables use a consistent hierarchy so users can move from trend detection to action quickly.

Technically, we implemented a component-driven frontend with API-powered data widgets, allowing independent module updates without regressions across the core dashboard.
